Our program encourages each student leader to reflect on his/her leadership style in light of the Gospel and our principles, and how he/she can become a transformative leader

We have designed this program to enhance the personal development and spiritual growth for women as they learn to navigate the unique issues within their lifes context.

We work with univeristies to offer students an ideal opportunity to develop important leadership skills and gain real work experience. This forms part of our widening participation and outreach agenda.
