Our Fellows Program aims at educating, developing, and equiping the next generation of christ-centered leaders to be agents of change on campus and in the wider local and larger community, reflecting our fundamental core commitments to faith, reason, and justice.
It is a transformative approach supporting students' growth as leaders through experiential learning, events and training, mentoring, and leadership.
We believe that all persons have leadership potential and that their particular gifts, talents, and skills can be enhanced through education, training, and development.
Our program encourages each student leader to reflect on his/her leadership style in light of the Gospel and our principles, and how he/she can become a transformative leader
We have designed this program to enhance the personal development and spiritual growth for women as they learn to navigate the unique issues within their lifes context.
We work with univeristies to offer students an ideal opportunity to develop important leadership skills and gain real work experience. This forms part of our widening participation and outreach agenda.
